Plant-based diets have been scientifically proven to help prevent, manage and even reverse chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes. This six-week program reviews the science behind a plant-strong diet and the skills needed to adopt this pattern of eating. Each week has a different focus, including meal planning, cooking basics, grocery shopping, dining out and more. Cooking demos (and food sampling!) are a part of each fun and interactive class.
